well well well
hi ? .
sunday, stayed home . nth to do much . watch movies .
then afternoon, thought of going gym . but lazy . soooo.. i just used my 5kg dumbell.
long time nvr carry that dumbell. lol . do 60 each for right and left hand.
after that, got a shiok feeling., woah woah . strong strong . HAHAHAH !
then at night sleep shiok shiok .
guess what ?

TODAY I WOKE UP !
BOTH ARMS CRAMPS ! imagine uh . you know, all the people arms all straight, 180 degrees straight . but my both arms were like 100degrees ?
just like 90 degrees shape, but abit lower .
MACAM like NENEK NENEK !

so tthinking still wanna go hockey or not . so i just go. with my punat arms.
like handicap like that . zz. so trainning just now . was okay . my arm was like kinda better ?
after few hours later, it acts again . trainning from 9am ill 1+ ?
after the trainning, mr aliffy bring us to the sch gym. taught us all the donno wat basics.
then he taught us the dumbell thingy. supposed to be the other way round that i used to,
this is wat i get.
100degree nenek hand flip.

then went to lot 1, bought lunch went to azrie house, so sort of my lappy .
went home . bath all, and laptop all way .
and now. 100 degree again !
pain la. i carry that dumbell again . mcm like want cry . tooo numb uh .
cannot take it . but lucky my balls is made of steel. so tahan la .
okay la.

chatting with sum1 . cannot tell you the name she inspire me to update ! wakakka. i can say she's cute ? been texting her, chatting with her. she's a ball of crap . LOL ! and she's fun to be with . heh im gonna miss her . ahaha. cheyh ! :D
