wednesday did nth, muscle cramp after the tuesday workout. feels good and bad with the cramps. lol. wednesday just stare at the comp whole day >.< , listen to music to relax my mind . another hurtful night again . and here comes thursday . met danial at bukit batok interchange , chat2, den i went to BPGHS alone to collect my Cert around 2.30pm , after took my cert , went out from the office , saw mr Ezrah YA . chit chat for awhile , ask hows life and which course im studying at and so on . so then walk alone to lot one , eat at kfc bandito meal alone . was hungry then , seldom i eat my meal alone , if not always with my friends around , but this danial paitao . loling. den fahry called me , i tag them along to IMM , donno they want to walk2 around , they keep going in and out of the GNC shop -.- , they wanted to buy the WEIGHT GAINER , lols, waste money only lol -.- .
in the end they went to eat, i went home . and here im stressing .
